LSI is a 25 year old system integration firm based in Memphis, TN. LSI has 5 locations (Bartlett and Jackson, TN; Rossville, GA; Golden, CO;  and Guangzhou, China). LSI has a concentration in continuous and batch processes, along with general PLC-based control systems integration.

LSI is looking for qualified controls engineers (entry level and experienced candidates) for it’s Bartlett, TN location. The qualified person should have design and programming/configuration with one or more of the following platforms: Rockwell Automation (Controllogix, FactoryTalk View SE, PLC5, SLC500, Standard Panelview), Siemens (S7, PCS7, WinCC, and like systems), Emerson DeltaV, Novatech D/3 DCS, or Wonderware (ArchestrA based systems experience preferred). This position requires a person to be well versed in electrical controls design and drafting. The scope of the design work will be as follows: I/O drawings, panel layouts, power schematics, one line diagrams, conduit and cable schedules, and the like as they related to PLC and DCS controlled systems. Previous experience in drafting or design is not required, but is preferred. Experience with Rockwell Automation, Siemens, Emerson, or like systems is preferred. This person may also be asked to do some clerical tasks such as answering phones, making copies, etc. for the engineers in the office, as there will be times when this person is the only one in the office. Experience in AutoCad is best, but experience in other drafting design software packages will be considered. This position will be located in LSI’s Jackson, TN office.
