MQCS Software

LSI’s Manufacturing Quality Control System is a custom and complete software and hardware solution for quality control testing and assembly. The system provides software tools not only for testing on the factory floor, but also for use by engineering and sales. Test Programs, Data Analysis, and Unit Status information are all accessible from any plant computer with MQCS Office Utilities installed. The MQCS software is developed using VisualStudio.net and utilizes the plant’s SQL Server 7.0 or higher as its system database. If a SQL Server is unavailable, the system can be run in local mode using an access database. The basic MQCS Software is comprised of the following applications:

Refrigeration Quality Control

In HVAC appliance manufacturing, quality control includes more than meets the eye. Not only are such things as order fulfillment and assembly carefully monitored, but the need for Refrigerant Charging and Functional Run Tests create a significant challenge. Fortunately, LSI has created the Manufacturing Quality Control System (MQCS) built from the ground up specifically for refrigeration based production processes. The MQCS includes all of the quality and tracking modules needed to control, monitor and record information from the entire production line.

However, not everyone needs every module. That is why LSI created the MQCS system in modules that run together as well as separately. If you only need a Run Test then you can use LSI’s Run Test module to thoroughly test your production units with dozens of preprogrammed tests as soon as you are ready. Then, if you need to add Critical Component Verification later, simply plug in that module and watch the systems work together using only one database structure. Its that simple.
