A PLC modernization project where we replaced every I/O point in the client’s water/wastewater plant with no treatment process interruptions.

What is your proudest moment at LSI?

The successful Soldier Canyon Water Treatment Expansion project where I was able to engage a team of LSI engineers, who formed the same strong bonds with the client that I have. It was awesome to watch that team grow.

What sets LSI apart as an employer?

It’s the people at LSI – the depth of knowledge and the willingness to share information gives me confidence that regardless of the challenge, there is someone on our team that can help.

What sets LSI apart as a system integrator?

The relationships that we develop with clients and internally with each other. LSI management has always been very supportive of making the right decision for the client relationship and not any specific job.

What are three ways or words that you would use to describe LSI?

Technical excellence, client-driven, and collaborative.

What is one thing that clients may not know about LSI that you would like to share?

We’re more than a controls company and can help clients with complete multi-discipline projects.

Long-term client relationships are a hallmark of LSI. Why is that?

We’re focused on clients that value a partnership, are good at what they do, and appreciate what we bring to the table. Once we develop that relationship, it makes it very easy to work together, and clients stay with us.

How has LSI helped you in your career development?

Access to our engineering resources across the organization has helped my technical growth. For example, if I have a technical challenge, I can send an email and receive multiple replies with alternate things to try.

What advice do you have for prospective LSI candidates?

If you are a new graduate, you will be well supported at LSI and have a lot of opportunities to learn. You are surrounded by people who support and care about each other. For someone more established, LSI provides a lot of flexibility and autonomy.
