Q&A with Joe

To get to know Joe better, we asked him a few questions as he started his new role with LSI.

What excited you most about this next chapter with LSI?

Honestly, it’s the chance to build something special here in the Midwest. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to work with some great teams and clients in the food and beverage, automation and industrial markets. What drew me to LSI is the entrepreneurial spirit and the collaborative culture. It’s exciting to be part of a team that values relationships, innovation, and delivering results for our clients.

What trends or changes in the industry have you most energized right now?

There’s so much happening with automation and digital integration, and it’s changing the industry. Whether it’s using real-time data to drive smarter decisions or designing systems that are more flexible and efficient, the opportunities to add value for clients are huge. The pace of change in the industry keeps things interesting, and LSI is in a great position to help clients navigate that.

When you’re not working, what are your favorite ways to relax or have fun?

I love spending time outdoors – boating, fishing, and exploring the lakes around Wisconsin with family and friends. I also like keeping an eye on the markets; it started out as a hobby and has turned into something I really enjoy. It keeps me sharp and is a good reminder for me to remain patient and think long-term.
